Position: Client Account Advisor   

  • Location: Baner ( Pune)
  • Mode: Work from office
  • Timings: 6.30pm to 3.30am (night shift)

Client Account Advisor is an exciting opportunity for candidates with a positive attitude, uplifting spirit, and a great personality. If you have experience in logistics customer service, the demands of shipping to major retailers, and the use of related technology we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities: The Client Account Advisor will provide day-to-day management for clients who ship orders to major retailers and customers. The position reports to the Manager of Client Services. Other duties include:

  • Cultivating client relationship with day-to-day contacts.
  • Handling all aspects of relationships with our clients and their customers, including responding to phone and email inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Monitoring daily orders carefully to help ensure service is made.
  • Coordinating with warehouse teams regarding servicing client accounts & order fulfillment processes
  • Updating routing requirement documentation & dedicated processes for each customer
  • Managing inventory control and order fulfillment computer systems, error processing/ reporting/remediation, daily reporting
  • Researching and communicating transportation options and costs to clients
  • Providing client requested reporting
  • Investigating potential chargebacks
  • Reporting customer returns, returns to vendors, etc.
  • Resolve client complaints and concerns in a fair and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues.
  • Manage order status updates and communicate with clients
  • Work closely with sales, operations and inventory team

 Qualifications: The job requires 2+ years of customer service 3PL experience.  Hands-on computer knowledge, excellent verbal/written English communication skills.  Great attention to detail and excellent time management.

  • Experience in handling calls from US customers or clients and providing them with a solution to their queries – Mandatory
  • Excellent communication skills is a MUST

Additional requirements:

  • 1-2 years of warehouse experience is strongly preferred.
  • Beauty, apparel, or related consumer product industry client service experience a PLUS.
  • Strategic thinker with exceptional analytical skills.
  • Great communicator with exceptional customer service skills.
  • A great attitude and great work ethic are an absolute must!

  • 4+ years working with databases and reporting tools
  • 2+ years of Cloud Services
  • 8+ years of web development including front end and back end.
  • Experience creating software architecture and system design.
  • Experience with Agile development, including Scrum/Kanban
  • Experience developing and operating highly available, highly reliable systems
  • Experience with the following technologies/concepts required:
  • Reactive Design, Microservices Design, REST API Design
  • TDD, Dependency Injection/Inversion of Control and Software Design Patterns
  • DevOps, Build and Release Pipelines
  • Responsive design for web and mobile, HTML5, Angular, SPA, PWA, JS, and CSS.
  • Blazor would be an added advantage.
  • Experience with Git (or similar)
  • ASP.NET, Web API, .Net Core/.Net framework experience
  • Azure Functions, ServiceBus,  Azure Storage, or similar technologies
  • SQL Databases, data reporting tools, and techniques.
  • Must be aware of AI tools like chatgpt, co-pilot (or similar).
  • Knowledge of AI \ Machine learning would be an added advantage.

Soft Skills 

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experienced and demonstrated ability to lead the discussion with technical, business, and stakeholder teams.
  • Must display a strong personal commitment to achieve
  • Must be highly energetic, and creative and display high enthusiasm
  • Must have a high level of detail orientation
  • Strong organization skills to manage multiple timelines and complete tasks quickly within the constraints of project timelines

Mode: Hybrid

Experience: 3+ years in Python & 1–2 years of hands-on work with AWS OCR tools. Experience automating document extraction (ID cards, invoices, scanned reports, etc.) Good to have some experience in extracting structured data from images/PDFs using AWS OCR services.

Role requirements

  • Experience with AWS Textract, Rekognition, and S3.
  • Python scripting (for automation/integration).
  • Understanding of document layout (tables, forms).
