(this is Logistics Operations Specialist role internally designated as FAM)

Shift – 6.30pm to 3.30am

Work from Office (Mon-Friday)

This role works within service team and provides day-to-day management of retail carrier pick-ups from Client warehouses. FAM serves as the subject matter expert for retailer shipping guidelines and provides best-in-class support for end clients and their retail delivery needs. Their expert knowledge of client’s processes and procedures ensures a seamless experience for the end client, and their exceptional service skills strengthen the trust and bond within the partnership. This position reports to the Supervisor of Client Solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Serving as a day-to-day r source and manager of client retail shipments, including:

• Reading, understanding, and translating retail customer vendor routing guidelines
• Clearly communicating with the client’s Traffic and Operation teams to confirm freight details, packing requirements, pallets, weights etc.
• Cultivating and strengthening the client partnership by being responsive, helpful and knowledgeable when routing inquiries arise
• Independently and proactively owning the routing experience for new clients
• Successfully managing a large volume of cases and client activity in a virtual environment
• Setting priorities and making competent business decisions
• Updating routing requirement documentation for clients
• Investigating potential chargebacks for routing discrepancies
• Working with the Operations team to ensure the order is packed out to the standards of the routing guide
• Adhering to the values/standards of the retailer

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree preferred. Previous experience managing routing across various retailers required; EDI experience preferred.

The Software Support Engineer is a hands-on role.  This person is responsible to continuously communicate troubleshooting and resolution finding efforts to customers. This position requires working in the night shift from Pune, India office.

Responsibilities:        

This position reports to the Associate VP of Application Development and is based in Pune, India.

• Excellent Communication required.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in technologies like SQL, .NET, C#, .NET Core, MVC.
• Candidate should be willing to self-learn using online tools and resources as required. Should be go-getter and of positive attitude.
• Able to monitor performance and trouble shoot business-level problems and provide guidance and advice on issues.
• This person is responsible to Continuously communicate troubleshooting and resolution finding efforts to customers.
• Participate in discussions to understand clients’ needs, requirements, and manage support work requests to result in the delivery of fixes or enhancements on time and with high-quality.
• Provides operational support for many complex applications, database servers and databases.
• Also, Design, development, maintenance, and troubleshooting of software applications.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaborate in a team setting.
• Write code that meets standards and delivers desired functionality using the technology selected for the project and ensure the highest quality code.
• Maintain code quality through best practices, unit testing, code quality automation and support continuous integration process.
• Understand performance parameters and assess application performance.
• Work on core database structures and designs 

Qualifications:

This job requires attentions to detail and the ability to multitask, excellent troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science or another relevant technical field is required.
• 3 years of experience in .NET 3.5 or above with C# is a MUST. ASP.NET MVC is a MUST
• Sound knowledge and working experience of SQL, T-SQL, procedures in SQL Server 2008 (or later) is a MUST
• Knowledge on Telerik MVC or Kendo UI would be added advantage.
• Knowledge with ASP.NET Web Forms, TFS, Entity Framework, SSRS, SAP Crystal reports, jQuery, AngularJS, SOAP, and REST API would be added advantage.
