Role Summary:
We are seeking  a techno-functional ERP Consultant to manage, optimize, and support Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management. The role blends business process expertise with system configuration, integrations, and platform governance.

Mode: Work from Office ( Baner, Pune)

Office timing: 1pm to 10pm.

Key skills and experience  (must have)

1. Deep understanding of ERP Finance & Operations (F&O) modules – General Ledger, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cost Accounting, Freight Reconciliation
2. Strong finance and accounting background (GAAP/IFRS)
3. Proven experience leading ERP implementations or transformations – D 365, SAP S4, Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP at least 3-5 years of leadership experience
4. Ability to translate finance needs into functional/technical requirements
5. Skills in process design, optimization, and standardization
6. Proven experience in data governance, migration, and integrations
7. Knowledge of internal controls, audit requirements, and compliance – security roles and data governance policies
8. Deep expertise in at least one major ERP platform (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft) 8-12+ years

 Technical/Analytical Skills : 

1. Familiarity with D365 architecture, environments, and release management
2. Understanding of integrations (Dataverse, Azure services, Fabric, ETL.)
3. Power BI/Reporting Platform

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications preferred.
