Key Responsibilities

Designing

• Create social media creatives, banners, posters & promotional visuals
• Design marketing collaterals for app & events
• Develop visually appealing layouts with strong typography
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital & print materials

Video Editor / Motion Designing

• Edit and produce engaging videos & reels for social media campaigns
• Add motion graphics, transitions, sound, and text animations
• Use stock footage + app content to create short-form digital stories
• Collaborate with content team to deliver high-quality storytelling

UI/UX

• Design mobile app screens, UX flows, and interactive prototypes
• Conduct usability testing & suggest improvements
• Maintain a consistent design system across app features
• Work with developers for smooth implementation of UI

Required Skills

• Creativity, strong visual sense, and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Team collaboration and communication skills

Software / Technical Skills

• Graphic Designing: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Software Engineering and Delivery 

• Design & develop reactive microservices architectures
• Collaborate with DevOps to deploy and monitor elastic cloud services
• Able to work in an autonomous development team

SKILLS AND MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 

Hard Skills 

• BS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering/MCA or equivalent experience
• History of continuous learning and improvement
• 10+ years of programming experience
• 4+ years working with databases and reporting tools
• 2+ years of Cloud Services
• 8+ years of web development including front end and back end.
• Experience creating software architecture and system design.
• Experience with Agile development, including Scrum/Kanban
• Experience developing and operating highly available, highly reliable systems
• Experience with the following technologies/concepts required:
• Reactive Design, Microservices Design, REST API Design
• TDD, Dependency Injection/Inversion of Control and Software Design Patterns
• DevOps, Build and Release Pipelines
• Responsive design for web and mobile, HTML5, Angular, SPA, PWA, JS, and CSS.
• Blazor would be an added advantage.
• Experience with Git (or similar)
• ASP.NET, Web API, .Net Core/.Net framework experience
• Azure Functions, ServiceBus,  Azure Storage, or similar technologies
• SQL Databases, data reporting tools, and techniques.
• Must be aware of AI tools like chatgpt, co-pilot (or similar).
• Knowledge of AI \ Machine learning would be an added advantage.

• Experienced and demonstrated ability to lead the discussion with technical, business, and stakeholder teams.

Job Title: Prepress Operator

Location: Pune, India.

Mode: WFH

Responsibilities  & skills 

1. Creating PDF proofs using Adobe Acrobat software with exposure of Adobe Creative Suits e.g. Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator and InDesign.
2. Working knowledge or exposure to Offset printing press & processes / imposition scheme / PitStop Professional

Qualifications

• The candidate should be a graduate or have another equivalent course as a basic qualification like a Diploma/Degree in Printing Technology or knowledge or history of working in the print industry would also be of benefit.

Job requirements

1. Good communication skills – he/she should be able to correctly interpret and understand the written instructions from the customer, review the inputs, and should be able to produce the output with desired quality.
2. Knowledge of Colours (Printing and Pantone), types of Binding, Printer  marks and bleed, etc.
3. Ability to interact with the onshore team for any issue/escalation or requirements.
4. Quick learner with ability to retain information well.
5. Taking initiative when required and of a curious mindset willing to explore, learn and solve problems
6. Open for permanent US/UK shifts/Graveyard shifts, flexible for working on weekends and extra hours if required.
