Job Summary

A React.js Developer plays a central role in building the front-end user experience of any application.

• Build all user-facing interfaces and workflows
• Translating workflows into a seamless user experience
• Integrate with backend APIs
• Build React components to display results from external APIs
• Build User Interfaces and Dashboards + build Dynamic Forms
• Implement JWT or OAuth2 integration
• Develop a component library (buttons, modals, forms, status indicators, document lists) to ensure consistency and scalability across the app

Responsibilities

• Write high-quality, testable, and scalable code with minimal defects and strong maintainability.
• Design, develop, and enhance front-end features using React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript practices.
• Collaborate with UX designers to deliver seamless, intuitive user experiences for logistics and freight applications.
• Consume and integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs with front-end components.
• Document technical solutions, processes, and work progress.
• Collaborate with distributed teams in agile environments to deliver high-quality features.
• Debug and resolve issues across multiple browsers and devices.
• Ensure adherence to design principles and performance optimization.

Requirements

• Between 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience with React.js and front-end frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
• Experience in building scalable enterprise applications for logistics, supply chain, or freight management domains (preferred).
• Proven expertise in state management libraries (Redux, Context API, etc.).
• Familiarity with building Teams/Slack apps or web extensions is a plus.
• Strong understanding of programming paradigms (OOP, Functional Programming).
• Experience with unit testing and integration testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Mocha).
• Hands-on experience with API integration and real-time data rendering (WebSockets, GraphQL).
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar).
• Good knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across geographies.
• Exposure to logistics and/or freight industries will be an added advantage

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science, or equivalent in related technical experience.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written) is required.
• Having certifications in frontend frameworks, cloud technologies, or JavaScript/React is a plus.
